I order from this place on Uber eats a lot, and every time I order it’s always good. Their Tonkotsu ramen is very delicious as well as their pork belly bun and their Lychee tea adds a refreshing touch to balance the meal all together. I will say that I recommend people order their chili crisp, oil, and/or paste for seasoning because the ramen can be pretty bland. But the chili crisp tends to fix that right up. Very reliable and delicious place to get your Ramen fix taken care of

Tender pork and delicious marinated egg. The broth came separately and was warm and flavorful. I also had some boa buns and they were delicious and soft with great fillings. I would come again!

We went to Optimist Hall for the first time and as we walked around this caught our eye so decided to try it out. I got the vegan ramen with a side of kimchi and my friend got the pork belly ramen with a bun side. Everything is to go so when you get your meal it’s separated. The broth is in a separate container, the mains are in a separate one and for me the tofu was in a separate package. I like it better that way you can add as much or as little broth as you want. Overall taste quality was excellent, portion size was good and overall it was a delicious meal

I am pleased I agreed to choose the recommended chilled ramen bowl along with the jack fruit bao buns. The ramen was not ice cold but a chilled temperature perfect for summer. The flavors were robust. The bao buns were also layered with flavors and various textures to tantalize the palate. To top off the meal I had the lychee lemonade. I thoroughly enjoyed these selections and can't wait to have them again. I recommend Bao and Broth when visiting Optimist Hall.

The miso chicken is incredible. It’s a huge portion so expect to be full. The broth alone you could just sip on its own. Highly suggest trying this place next time you visit Optimist Hall!

We were in the mood for something different. We tried the Pork Belly Bun, Tofu and Falafel. The Tofu had the strong spicy flavor my husband prefers. The pork was real good, too! The falafel wasn’t bad. I was impressed with the employees working so hard getting orders out- they look very organized and together. We’ll be back!

The bao and broth were good, but honestly, the standout star for us was the pork belly!! I might even venture to say this was the best pork belly I've ever had, it was delicious, melt in your mouth, and still had a good meaty texture and flavor. Highly recommend getting anything with that. The bao was creative and fantastic. I also recommend the lychee tea.

This place is inside the Optimist Hall (food court). The Miso Ramen and the OG bun tasted great. The service was fast. The Optimist Hall looked great. It is an order your food and find a place to sit either inside or outside kind of place.
